About Jason Pence
Jason Pence comes from a rich heritage rooted in Northeast Indiana, where his family has farmed for generations. Raised in Leo, Indiana, he developed an early passion for working with machinery and animals on his family’s farm. By the age of 11, Jason Pence was already honing his skills in tree service, learning to operate equipment like stump grinders, a vocation he would pursue into adulthood.
After high school, Jason Pence launched his own tree service company, which he ran successfully for 22 years. During that time, he attended college, initially pausing his education to focus on his growing business. However, Jason Pence’s desire for knowledge led him back to school. He eventually earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, with a double major in Economics and Public Policy, followed by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. His educational achievements reflect his commitment to lifelong learning and a passion for economic theory and public policy.
In 2013, Jason Pence transitioned from tree service to real estate, joining Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group as a licensed REALTOR®. His success in real estate paved the way for a new venture into digital marketing. Today, Jason Pence is not only a skilled real estate agent but also a digital marketing strategist. He serves as President of Jason Pence Tree Service Corp., where his primary focus is on digital marketing, Google Ads management, and SEO. Additionally, he works with Auburn Motor Company LLC as a content writer and SEO evangelist.
Jason Pence’s journey has been shaped by a blend of hands-on experience and academic rigor. His work in real estate, marketing, and tree service reflects his diverse skill set and a commitment to excellence in every field he touches.

Exodus 20:1-17
The Pence family I come from has a long history in Northeast Indiana. It starts with my 4th Great Grandfather Peter Pence (the older) moving from Hocking County Ohio to Bluffton Indiana in the mid 1850s. There’s 7 generatoins of family roots in Wells County .
When I was almost 7 years old, my mother moved with us kids north from Bluffton, Indiana to Leo Indiana to be closer to her parents. I have lived in the Fort Wayne area ever since, mostly in what is now the Town Limits of Leo-Cedarville Indiana.
